I'm trying to write a SGA fic at the moment.  It was supposed to be a short little fic to give me some practice at writing but the introduction section is over 500 words alone!  Woops!  

I've never been much of a writer, my creative writing skills were distinctly lacking in school, but I thought I'd give fanfic a shot anyway.  I wrote the intro part in under an hour but now I'm stuck...my little flighty muse has decided to jet off somewhere again so is no help at all!  Hopefully though I'll figure out what the fic is doing and sort it all out and get it written! 

I just wanted to say that I have grown a greater  respect for all the writers out there, seriously you guys are good!  How you manage to stick to the one fic and get it written is beyond me at the moment.  Once I get bored with one or think of another idea I'm off and the old fic kinda gets a little neglected.  I need some motivation and perseverance I think! lol
